Pew surveys continue to reveal that every year Americans are connecting less with our neighbors. Bob Williams was way ahead of the curve on this one. Ten years ago, one candy bar at a time., Williams "The Candy Bar Guy" began giving away chocolate bars. He has since given out over 6,000 chocolate bars to neighbors in his town of Long Grove, Iowa. Williams takes a trip to the store every Saturday morning.
