Trump Repeats Call For Biggest Tax Cuts In History Of U.S.

President Donald Trump is beginning to lay out some details for his long-promised plan for tax reform.  Trump told Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures" he thinks there will be tax reform hopefully by the end of the year.  He said the plan will bring the biggest tax cuts "ever in the history of this country."  Trump maintains America wants to see it, and he believes the votes are there for his tax reform plan to pass in Congress.  He repeated that his plans for tax cuts and healthcare will promote "tremendous growth" and will help bring down debt and the U.S. deficit.  Trump also praised Chief of Staff John Kelly for his White House briefing Thursday after Trump was criticized by a congresswoman for a phone call to the family of a fallen soldier.  He calls Kelly "an elegant man" who was in the room when Trump made the call.

Florida Democratic Representative Frederica Wilson heard the call and went after Trump for telling the widow of Sergeant La David Johnson he "knew what he signed up for."  Trump said Kelly was not pressured into making the appearance.
