Have you noticed how many people are spending valuable time shooting their own videos of them singing "Let It Go" from Disney's mega-hit "Frozen?" They either change the lyrics or simply, mind-numbingly, lip-sync to the song while driving, a weary toddler in a car seat in the background, getting a crash-course in embarrassed. The hits they get via YouTube are in the thousands. A weatherman sang his forecast to the tune of "Let It Go." OK, so that one was funny. But all these parents? Dear Lord, don't you have more important things to do? Have you plucked papers from your child's backpack recently, at the Craft's Services tables during a break on the set of the shoot maybe? Could you put your attention, perhaps, on Common Core?
